Bishop Joseph L. Clark Jr.

A native of Newburgh New York Bishop Clark is a Marine Gunnery Sergeant who served over twenty years on active duty and retired in 1999.  His ministry began in 1992 when he accepted his calling into the Gospel Ministry on the Island of Okinawa Japan while stationed at Marine Corps Air Station Futenma, and then preached his initial sermon at Enoch Chapel Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Rev. Robert P Jones in 1999.  Consecrated Bishop in the Lord's church in August 2016 he is the presiding prelate of Spirit of Praise Ministries Wilmington and also serves as Chairman, Board of Bishops Spirit of Truth Network.
